measured fluid dispenser bottle

Adjustable Precision Metered Liquid Dispenser

This adjustable metered liquid dispenser has a nonflexible trap chamber set for a predetermined volume and a one-way valve system. This system permits only a metered amount of liquid to flow from the container, and allows various amounts when measured to the lines on the chamber.

Illustration caption: 1) Remove overcap to expose integrated dosage chamber. 2) Squeeze bottle to fill chamber to required dose. 3) Squeeze bottle again to dispense metered volume of product.

cap closure with integrated spoon

Combination Cap and Adjustable Spoon for Containers

The combination cap and adjustable spoon provides a closure for a container with an integrated spoon for the measurement and pouring of powders and granulated products. The combination cap and adjustable spoon differentiates a product by improving ease-of-use and dispensing accuracy, especially for products that require a specific measure for mixture strength. The system keeps the spoon separate from the food or pharmaceutical product inside the container and decreases risk of contamination.

Illustration caption: 1) Remove integrated spoon from cap to expose pour spout. 2) Use spoon for measuring. 3) Pour product into mixing container.

Adjustable Metered Dose Liquid Squeeze Dispenser

The adjustable liquid metered dose dispenser bottle is a squeezable container with a nonflexible trap chamber set for a predetermined volume and a one-way valve system. This system permits only a metered dose of liquid to flow from the container, and allows various doses when measured to the dosing lines on the chamber.

CR cap for small bottles illustration

CR Squeeze Cap for Small Bottles

This child-resistant squeeze cap is well-suited for small bottles that dispense products such as nasal sprays, eye drops, or other products containing imadazolines. To dispense the product the consumer aligns the indicia on the cap, squeezes on two sides, then pulls. After use, the cap easily snaps back on in any position.

Illustration caption: 1) Closure consists of two parts. Cap and ring are pre-assembled and snap on to bottle as a single unit. 2) Cap is rotated to align marks. 3) Cap is squeezed on two sides and pulled off to remove. 4) After use cap is snapped back on to container, no alignment is required.

CR Closure for Small Containers

This child-resistant closure is designed for smaller containers that dispense products such as eyedrops or nasal sprays. To dispense the product the consumer aligns the indicia on the cap, pushes down, and then rotates the cap to a stop. The cap can then be removed and the product is ready to be dispensed. After use, the cap snaps back on in any position.

Rotate and Squeeze CR Overcap for Pumps/Sprays illustration

Rotate and Squeeze CR Overcap for Pumps/Sprays

This unique child-resistant package encloses a pump or spray bottle and relies upon aligning indicia marks with the thumb and forefinger, then squeezing the outer cap. The cap can then be removed and the product is ready to be dispensed. After use, the cap snaps back on in any position.

Illustration caption: 1) Small bottle with pump is captured between ring and outer container. 2) Top cap is rotated to align marks. 3) Cap is squeezed on two sides and pulled off to remove. 4) After use cap is snapped back on to container, no alignment is required.

CR Reversing Cap Actuator for Pumps/Sprays illustration

CR Reversing Cap Actuator for Pumps/Sprays

This unique child-resistant package encloses a pump or spray bottle and relies on intelligence rather than strength to dispense the product. To use, the consumer removes the cap, inverts it, and slides it on to the bottom of the container. This action pushes the inner pump or aerosol sprayer upward and the cap now becomes the actuator for the pump or aerosol valve. Pushing the cap up actuates the pump or activates the aerosol valve dispensing the product. After use, the cap is removed from the bottom of the outer container, the spray unit drops down inside, and the cap is placed back on top.

Illustration caption: 1) Small bottle with pump is housed in outer container. 2) Top cap is removed and placed into bottom of outer container. 3). Cap now serves as actuator, pressing bottle up within container.

dessicant basket for containers illustration

Desiccant Basket for Medication Containers

The desiccant basket is inserted into a container that holds medication such as tablets, pills or powders, to keep the desiccant material separated from the medication. The basket makes for easy removal or replacement of desiccant materials, and is especially effective for powdered reconstituted products where without this innovation desiccants could not be used.

Illustration caption: 1) Dessicant basket allows for foil seal. 2) Dessicant and basket are easily removed. 3) Dessicant basket is discarded after use.

Inverted Eye Drop Dispenser illustration

Inverted Eye Drop Dispenser

The inverted eye drop dispenser cup comes as an integrated part of the eye drop bottle package. It is made ready by unscrewing the cup piece from the bottle neck, flipping it around and screwing it back on to the bottle.

Illustration caption: 1) Eye drop guide screws on to bottle. Integrated flip-top cap serves as closure. 2) Guide is removed and threaded back on to bottle with cup shape oriented up. 3) Guide is placed against eye providing correct alignment and spacing for administering drops.

 Extra Protection Child-Resistant Closure illustration

Double Safe: Extra Protection Child-Resistant Closure

Some products are extremely toxic. Other products may be very attractive to children. In these cases a standard Child Resistant (CR) closure may not be sufficient. This is why we created Double Safe*.

Double Safe provides the extra protection required for products such as very toxic drugs, garden and insecticide products, liquid pain relievers, cough and cold liquids, and other liquid or solid products.

Double Safe utilizes a standard CR Closure with a small protrusion on the top of the outer cap.

cr overcap pump, bottom

Child-Resistant Overcap for Pump Sprayers, Bottom Lift

To dispense a product using this child-resistant overcap, the consumer removes the cap, inverts it, and slides it on to the bottom of the container where it snaps into place. The inner pump or aerosol sprayer can then be pushed upward, actuating the sprayer and dispensing the product. After use, the cap is removed from the bottom of the outer container, the spray unit drops down inside, and the cap is placed back on top.

Illustration caption: Cap is placed on to bottom of container and in doing so, bottle is driven up to expose pump head. Cap incorporates keyed feature that permits it to fit in place in only one orientation.

cr pump overcap top

Child-Resistant Overcap for Pump Sprayers, Top Lock

To dispense a product using this child-resistant overcap, the consumer removes the cap, inverts it, and slides it back on top of the container. Downward pressure applied to the inverted cap now pushes on the inner sprayer and dispenses the product. After use, the cap is removed from the top of the outer container, flipped over and placed back on top of the container.
